Intel i7-3930K ram

Solution
i5 4xxx and 5xxx CPUs were designed for DDR3. You can find some motherboards for 6xxx i5's that have DDR3 slots but Intel has only officially rated them for using low voltage DDR3, and it's commonly believed that using regular DDR3 with a 6th generation i5 may damage it over time. I haven't seen any evidence either way, but here's a good cheap motherboard ($39 after rebate!) if you want to try using your DDR3 with a 6th generation CPU:

If you want to play it safe and go with a 4th or 5th generation i5, this would be a good choice for a motherboard...

The reason it's cheap is because you can't really get a motherboard for it anymore.

What's your budget? An i5 6500 + B150 motherboard is a good value. It will require DDR4, but honestly if you put your RAM up on the classifieds here or on eBay, DDR4 is faster and costs about the same as DDR3, so that upgrade would likely cost you nothing. It rarely makes sense to buy older, discontinued CPUs because the motherboards become hugely more expensive as they become unavailable.

The thing is man i only have enough money to buy i7 3930k and i was really happy when i knew that my ram would work on it so do you think if i upgrade from amd fx 4350 to i7 3930k it wouldnt change anything ?

How much money do you have for it? You realize you'll need a different motherboard too, because it's for a different socket?

Newegg currently only has one new LGA2011 motherboard, and it's $900:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=1JW-000C-000D0

You wouldn't buy one new, of course, but even on eBay they're very expensive, starting at $160:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-X79-LGA-2011-ATX-Motherboard-Socket-R-DDR3-Disc-Manual-2-3-DAYS-/132040261244?hash=item1ebe367e7c:g:t5wAAOSwA3dYLyj6

By comparison, an i5 6500 is a MUCH faster CPU and you can find motherboards, new, that fit it for as little as $45. You could potentially go with an older 4xxx CPU which would accept your RAM, but they're slower, not significantly cheaper, and still require a new motherboard.

are you sure that i5 is faster than i7 ? sorry man i dont know alot about computers but i can afford the i5 but will it do more than the i7 3930 ?
for example this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/SR2L8-Intel-Core-i5-6500T-Processor-6M-Cache-2-50-GHz-/322346328617?hash=item4b0d56a229:g:tDgAAOSwzaJX8uAp is better ?

The i7 3930 is a 2nd generation "Sandy Bridge" CPU released in 2011. The i5 6500 is a 6th generation "Skylake" CPU released in 2016. Although the 3930 is an i7, it's getting pretty old at this point and has been replaced 4 times now with improved designs.

What is your budget, and what is your intended use-case? I could probably put together a suggested part list if I knew what you wanted to do with it and how much you're looking to spend.

Oh man you would make my day i have nobody to help me glad you trying to i really appreciate it.
My case look like atx mid tower i dont know the specific number or the model
Will ddr3 works with the i5 tho ?

I wish I could be more helpful about whether or not it's completely safe to use DDR3 with a 6th gen chip. I know people on here are doing it, but there's just not enough information to know for sure.

Would it be ok if i use ddr3 for the next 5 maybe 10 then upgrade ? and can you give me a motherboard name i would like to search it on ebay or even amazon im looking for used ones i cant really afford the new ones
would this be ok http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Core-i5-6500-6MB-Skylake-Quad-Core-3-2-GHz-LGA-1151-Processor-CPU-SR2L6-/222360113517?hash=item33c5b2116d:g:xLcAAOSwA3dYZD6q ( sorry i change it )
and you are being more than helpful to me man im grateful to find somebody to talk with about computers to expand my knowledge

After shipping that CPU is $175. It looks like it doesn't include a heatsink so you'd have to buy one ($15-25) and there's no warranty or ability to return it if it's defective. Newegg has it for $195 right now with free shipping, and the i5 6400 for $180, both of which include a heatsink.

You'll have a hard time finding a used motherboard for new CPUs that's less than $38. Generally they start at around $50, even used, and again you have no warranty, and probably none of the included accessories for the board, and you'll have to pay shipping.

If you insist on buying a board used, I can't name a specific model because it will depend heavily on what you can snag for cheap after auction. You'll have to do a lot of reading to make sure you know what you're buying.

EDIT: 5 or maybe 10 what? Months? DDR3 and DDR4 have different slots, you can't use DDR3 in a motherboard that has DDR4 slots, or vice versa.

Yeah you're right i dont know what a heatsink is lol sorry. Can you link me the best core i5/ddr4/motherboard but the last thing is i dont know which motherboard will fit my case

MicroATX is a safe bet, and it gives up virtually nothing compared with full ATX

This board is a solid choice and only $50 after a $15 rebate. I'm not a huge fan of rebates but they're better than nothing.

https://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16813157706&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566

More expensive boards are not necessarily better, they just have different slots and connectors. You might spend a bit more to get a second onboard LAN or dual M.2 slots so you can use an M.2 Wi-Fi card along with an M.2 SSD, just as an example. If this means nothing to you, don't worry. The board I linked has all of the basics.
