I can't use party chat on my xbox one

Hi, as you can see from the title Im having trouble understanding why my xbox will not allow me to use party chat, I have tried clearing my alternate mac address, clearing persistent storage, completely turning it off and unplugging the console and restarted my router. If you know any other solution that doesnt require me cracking open either my router or xbox like an egg, please share. My current network status:
D773DA. 3/4 bars
IPv4 & IPv6
NAT Type: unavailable (its normally open)
All services are available

Did you install the latest update on it? 10.0.14393.2152

I had a similar prob with games, the damn NAT was stuck on moderate (It was open most of the time).

And I couldnt find anyone to play with lol

After the above update so far the NAT has stayed open
