I've been having this issue with my computer where all games and benchmarks are utilizing 80-100% power limit for the GPU. The only one that isn't is Forza Horizon 3. For some reason whenever I'm running that game power limit sits around 30-50% and TDP ~40% while GPU usage is stuck at 100% causing my game to have terrible frames. Does anyone know what's wrong? Here are my system specs:
i7-6700k
GTX 750ti (temp card works great in everything else)
16GB Dominator Plats at 3000mhz
ASUS Sabertooth TUF
I know the 750ti is a bad card but I'm waiting for my RX 480 RMA. Even with that card, I shouldn't be sitting around 30-50% power limit and a TDP of ~40% while everything else I'm running, the GPU will sit at 80% or higher for both power limit and TDP. I've DDU'd the drivers and updated to the newest ones already multiple times. CPU usage sits at ~15%.
