MSI 990FXA-GD80 V2 vs Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 R5

I can't decide between these two and i'm leaning towards the msi board because I am working on a blue/black build, but I just want to know which is the better board.

How about none of the above.

What CPU are you building with?

I ask because both are AMD FX boards, and right now that is absolutely the worst thing to spend your money on. Even the fastest processor (the FX-9590) gets beaten in gaming by low end i3 and i5 processors in gaming, for less money.

What I am saying is, don't do it. That processor, those motherboards, etc are all massively outdated.

For less money you can get an i3-6100 and an H110 or B150 motherboard and blow it away in every game.
