Ok i just built a new pc with new mother board and new cpu and new powersupply and i booted it up every thing went fine. So it started booting windows 8.1 stayed on the windows loading screen for about 30 min. so i decided to restart it i thought somthing went wrong now when i boot it it gives me the error A disk read error has occurred..
Any suggestion's
P.s none of the sata, ram, cpu are not faulty i tested them they seem fine should i wipe the drive and install windows again?
