Hello, some time ago gta started having lagspikes, usually the cpu load was 50% but when a lagspike comes it goes to 100% and 90%. I have 16 GB ram, the cpu is i5 6600 and GPU GTX 970. I tried with Nvidia optimizer but it still lags. The video card has 45% load while the cpu goes to 100%. It used to run smoothly and without problems cpu not even being loaded so much.. Is there something i could do?

Well i managed to do something with the GTa but with CS:go it is still 100% and i dont have any apps running and taking cpu power other than CS GO
It would be no prob if it would use 100% but with high fps but it uses 100% with a lot of frame lags
