Upgrading the dell optiplex 760 problem

Can a dell optiplex 760 run a msi gtx 1050ti and have 32 gb ram and have an i7-6700 and run csgo and rise of the tomb raider at 1080p and 60+ fps?

I have the dell optiplex but im not sure that it would work and i searched on youtube but i couldnt find the answers so do you know.

I think that the 760 has room only for a single slot gfx card on its proprietory mobo and the case is design also for single slot gfx.
if you CANNOT see a PCIe x1 slot is above the x16 slot then it wont take a double slot card.
Also, I think its LGA775 so wont take a i7.
Also, only uptp 8GB ram
So, dispose of it to a charity computer recycler and get a new computer.
