Mainstream question, but i just need assurance with regards to my gpu temps under full load

I have a gtx 970 running at 80 celsius while playing games like RE7 Demo, and witcher 3 both are at full ultra settings. I just wanna know if that kind of temperature is okay? and if i can keep playing while my gpu is at that temperature. My fan speeds are at around 50% any help will do, thanks!

As they are within spec ,as madmatt30 says, make a new gpu fan profile that satisfy your desires( acoustics or heat levels) .I personaly would prefer 80-85 % while on 65c and max while on 70c
