Hello community,
I've got some weird stuttering happening in games like World Of Warcraft, League of Legends and Battlefield 1, even though my PC specs should be just fine to play these games smoothly on atleast high settings. I even got the latest drivers installed and everything like that.

My PC specs are the following:
FSP Fortron Hyper 700W PSU
Intel Core i5 6600 CPU
MSI GTX 1060 6GB GPU
2x Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB RAM
MSI H170A Mainboard

I hope you can help me out!
Thanks in advance

No problem, I really don't see any other reason your games would be stuttering besides lack of power, you can always download Hardware monitor and check how much power your system is using while gaming and when the lag spikes check and see if its lack of power or not (easier said than done) but it's possible.

How overclocked is your GPU? I'd love to know the numbers. In most cases like this its because an overclock is too far. I also have concerns about your PSU, Its a very generic crappy power supply, I'd recommend buying Seasonic, EVGA, XFX or Antec when going for power supplies.

The GPU is running at 1569 MHZ, if that's what you want to know.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. It only occurs in games, and not in literally EVERY game.

Could you link me the exact GPU you bought? I don't think you overclocked it though seeing as you gave me the Mhz, So It's probably not an issue there. Have you checked in your bios to make sure your RAM is set to its rated speed?

Yeah if you didn't try to overclock that card more then its not an overclocking issue, It's possible that your RAM is set to a lower speed then what it's intended to run at. this could cause the stuttering as some games work a lot better off of higher clock speed ram. Still is kind of unlikely. Worth checking into though.

I just checked it. The RAM speed seemed fine to me. Could the PSU be the problem?

It's possible, it is a 700w power supply without any 80% efficiency so it's possible that it isn't giving you enough power even though it can output 700w's doesn't mean its going to. Even if it isn't the power supply I'd still recommend upgrading to something better. but its very possible that your system just isn't getting the power needed.

heres a big post about the same power supply you have by someone who knows exactly what they are talking about: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2830947/fsp-hyper-700w-290.html if you scroll down till you see ko888's response (the best solution) you will see him explain some things about your exact power supply.

What PSU would you recommend me?

The only close retailer I have here in Germany is called Saturn. No need for checking though.
