While surfing the InterWebs searching for my problem,I saw someone suggesting using only the new RAM.
So I disconnected the old RAM,turned on the computer and guess what,it works.
Now my question is,what do I do in order to use both of my old RAM and my new RAM?

Happy new year !!!

Edit: I gave you the URL instead of the Perma link .... that shows how stupid I am ! sorry ! :D

Edit: The new RAM is the Hyperx and its ddr3 1866 !
The old RAM is the Geil and its ddr3 and I think its 1333(bought it 2 years ago).

Solution
then, with the 1866 connected, in the bios/uefi, you must force the new ram to 1333

then put the other

personally i wouldn't put the 1333 back, seel it or donate it and buy another 1866 ram stick, same brand and size

the 1333mhz ram is slow, more ram but slower is not a good idea, more ram as fast as possible is a good idea

Fun thing is,Amazon sold the exact same one at 1600 and 1333 but they were all at the same price as the 1866,so I went for the 1866 obviously...
Oh well,I guess I will try to sell it and buy another one of those...
Thanks a lot man !
