Hey chaps.
I've been racking my brain around this one for the past 2 days. Out of nowhere, all of a sudden, all my steam games started running between 20 and 60 fps, no matter which game - Counterstrike, which used to run at 300-400 fps, is now constantly skipping between 30 and 60 fps, hardly ever going up. My other games, which ran at 60fps capped (Vsync), are now playing between 20 and 50 fps, the entire time... I've even formatted my PC, redownloaded all drivers and tried to downgrade drivers too - I've also tried turning off steam overlay ins team, as well as turning off the integrated graphics in the BIOS features, to no avail.
My specs are:
GPU: Gtx 970
RAM: 8gb
CPU: Intel i7 4770k @ 3.5GHz
Bear in mind, none of this has happened before, and all my games were running perfectly.
