Im having this problem with my pc, i tested another psu with it and then plugged back my old psu because newone wasnt compatible with my pc after that my pc showd no display for while until i started my pc without CMOS battery and after that my pc started working but i have to restart it few times before i can hear the beep and it boots fine. Then when i log in it works for while then screen starts flickering and about 10 second later comes this white/grey screen and i have to restart it again 
I have tried to clear CMOS many times, tried another RAM and bougth whole new CMOS Battery
but it just wont boot correctly and crashes.
My Specs:
Intel Core E7500 2.93 3M
XFX Radeon 7770 1gb core edition
4 gb kingston hyperx 1067@
PSU 350W or 550W Antec
WD 500gb 16MB Cache
Please help!
