So i am upgradeing my setup and i just bought the 1st component which is the GPU and its a ASUS GTX 750 ti and all I was wondering is could i pair with my current CPU which is a Dual Core AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ which is integrated (i think) into my motherboard which is an ASRock A770 CrossFire. So could you guys help me out?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "pair".
You should be able to use the GPU with that motherboard and CPU.
The new GPU might work with your old one if you want to use more than 3 screens at a time, but it probably won't increase performance otherwise. Most likely, you just want to use only the new GPU.

Also will i be able to run games lets say like overwatch with maybe around 30 fps minimum? Games i mostly want to play with this new GPU is league of legends at high 60 fps minimum, Skyrim at 60 fps(or maybe even special edition?) and cs go at 60 fps high settings thats kinda the setup im going for maybe later getting an FX-6300 as a processor is what im going for or maybe something a little bit cheaper so i can also afford around more RAM, beacuse i currently have 3. I know pathetic...
