stuttering on most of the games

my specs :
Gtx zotac 1050ti 4gb
16gb ram
intel g3258 cpu
1tb hdd

The issue is:

i play most of the games at 60+ fps , but some of the games igot bad stuttering , like gta v and bo2 , it drops from 65+fps to 9-25 fps for a two seconds , then it goes fine ,after three second it well repet .

idont know what is the problmme ?

ibought the grahipcs yesterday ,
install the latest driver ,and iupdated almost everything , but still,

please answer me , and thanks

You are gaming on a dual core cpu. Games, especially like gta v needs a min of 4 cores. Gta V is knows to push newer i5's to their limit and actually in some cases causuing a bottle neck as well. If you want to play games like that, and expect to have decent frame rates then you have to spend more than 65 dollars on a cpu. Drop you a i5 in there with a adequate power supply and you will shift the bottle neck to your gpu then.
