Some time ago I reinstalled Windows, but on a new hard disk, leaving the boot manager on the old one. I don't have the old disk right now, so I tried to startup repair the new windows to get it to boot on its own. After some problems, I get the repair tools to recognize the partition with the windows installation, and as expected it says there is no boot table (I don't remember the specific message, can't replicate). It repairs, I run the tool again and this time it says there are no problems. When I boot from the hard disk however, it just gives me the line blinking in the top left.
I am certain that I am booting from the right disk from BIOS.
Startup repair specifically says: "Boot status indicates that the OS booted successfully."
Version is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, no issues last time I booted the system from the old disk.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
