Purchased a new MOBO and CPU I got the fax 8350 and gigabyte 970a ud3p, I hit the power button and it flashes the bios screen for 1 second then sits on a black screen, what should I do

You want to re-seat everything. Make sure your RAM is there securely, and make sure no cables are loose. Are these used parts, or new parts?
