Few words.

Don't know why you picked fairly expensive Gigabyte's H170 MoBo. Instead, picked MSI B150 chipset MoBo just in case you want to have 4 RAM slots. (You can go even cheaper on MoBo by going with MSI H110M Pro-D.)

Rather than using mediocre PSU (Tier three), put in good PSU (Tier two) with better efficiency with the same cost.

As far as CPU cooler goes, you'll do fine with the Intel's stock cooler that comes with CPU.
