im building a custom coffee table PC, this coffee table will have a see through top showing off all of my components, I want my mobo to be the centerpiece of the table and im looking for a clean way to re-route all the IO connections to the side of the coffee table for easy access, has anyone ever come across this issue? I don't want to use just hideous extensions and have them poking out the side of the table, i want to have a clean flush mount IO shield on the side of my table with some sort of way of connecting to the original IO on the motherboard, any thoughts? I cant figure out how to attach a picture or else i would put the plans for the table on here to help visualize.

Solution
All you need from the back of MB are KB and mouse, use wireless. USBs and sound you can use from front connectors. If you need anything else from the back, use 90 degree connectors and hide cables under the MB.
