Recently went through the ordeal of reinstalling Windows 8.1 after my computer was failing to boot past the windows logo loading screen. After a clean reinstall of Steam, Battle.net, etc, all of my games now refuse to run past ~2 FPS.
My setup includes an i7-6700k, and an AMD Radeon R9 290 (Windforce), both of which were working perfectly before the reinstall.
So far I've tried clean reinstalling games/clients, defragmenting my hard drive, and updating/installing drivers, none of which have worked.
Any and all help is appreciated, thanks!
