Hello all,

I just finished building a brand new PC, which will not power on at all, except for a small LED on the motherboard. After checking all wiring, the results are the same. I checked and the power supply is working. The error might have something to do with the system panel wires. I started buying these parts in late July, in case that could have anything to do with this problem.
Any ideas?

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus H97M Plus
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k
GPU: EVGA GTX 970
PSU: EVGA 650 GQ
Case: NZXT Noctis 450

Thank you!

Solution
Hi, Try testing the board outside the case, to rule out a short. Start it by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button.
