recently, out of pure boredom, i tried scavenging the web installing my drivers. i decided to update my i7-6700k cpu and decided to download the auto scan for drivers on the intel website. it installed something for me called "Intel USB 3.0/3.1 eXtensible Host Controller Driver". after restarting my computer, my microphone (logitech g930) is not connecting after unplugging and replugging into the computer. it doesn't even show in "Sound" as headphones anymore nor in logitech gaming software, it just says "no devices detected". same thing with my mouse (deathadder 2013), i cannot scroll up and down and it isn't recognizable in Razer Synapse.
please help me. i've tried uninstalling "Intel USB 3.0/3.1 eXtensible Host Controller Driver" but it just shows an error message saying "Uninstall is not allowed for this platform." i also did a system restore to the earlier point where i haven't installed this yet and to no avail, nothing is working. please help.
