I have custom pc running Windows 8.1 with an Evga p55 micro sli motherboard. I just bought a set Kingston hyperx 16gb (2x8) 1866mhz ram cards. The problem I am currently running into is that my pc wont boot past the Windows logo (no twirling dots though) and I'm just stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I've reset my cmos twice now first time after changing some setting which didn't work. The ram cards I replaced with these two were originally high density and worked well just not enough ram for me. This motherboard is meant to go up to 16gb.
