I've searched many trouble shoots to get an HDMI signal from my new GTX 1070 build, with still no signal read on the screen. The computer turns on and all fans and lights (including the 1070) turn on.
The components are,

970 pro gaming aura motherboard
EVGA 600 watt bronze psu
GTX 1070 SC EVGA
AMD FX 8370 cpu
2×8 GB hyper x fury 1833 ddr3
1 TB hard drive
256 gb SSD
And an add on DVD drive from LG.

All parts were ordered from Amazon new, aside from the 1070 that was new from my local best buy. I've already checked all my connections, tried all RAM slots and one stick at a time, removed and reseated the card, tried booting without add ons, reset the small battery, tried different TVs, and checked the CPUs pins, thermal paste, everything. The only thing out of place is the 4 so called q LEDs at the top right of the mother board that are supposedly there to show the status of a boot device, VGA, dram, and CPU, and none of them light up. Does this mean the motherboard is damaged? The GTX 1070's fans seem to hint the card works fine, but should I use a dvi d cable as opposed to HDMI? This is a fresh build that has never gotten to the BIOS screen due to the no signal on my monitor. Any help would be overwhelming appreciated.

You will need to use a computer monitor using the onboard graphics so you can get into bios and change so it uses the 1070. You can try to use the hdmi cable on the onboard graphics first. Once that happens you will be able to get into bios using the 1070 instead.

Hello filmoret, thank you for responding. Unfortunately my Asus motherboard doesn't appear to have any on board graphics, so I am as of now unable to reach any BIOS on my computer. There are no HDMI inputs nor dvi/ VGA inputs on the motherboard. My only access to the motherboard lines are audio. The board is an Asus 970 pro gaming aura
