Enough Power ?

Solution

It'll handle the graphics card but that PSU is not Intel Haswell and later compatible since it's based on an old group regulated circuit design. You'll need to disable C6/C7 power state support in the motherboard's BIOS.
Does your GeForce GTX 780 Ti card use one 75-Watt 6-pin and one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors or does it use two 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors?

The OCZ600SXS2 only has one 75-Watt 6-pin and one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.
