Why Is my TJ max so low??

In RealTemp My TJ max is around 50-55 and when idle or when i play games im always around 40-45 Is MY cpu the problem or is my cpu cooler not good enough. by the way my cpu cooler is the Cooler master Hyper TX3 EVO

correct me if im wrong, please provide a screenshot. Does it not say ""Distance" to TJmax" which sounds more likely given the numbers you have stated rounding to around 90c-100c the typical Thermal Junction Maximum
