I'm turning on my new PC that I've built and I've made sure that all the components are connected properly and all I need to do is install windows. When I power it on the fans turn on, the graphics card fans turn on, I can hear the drives spinning up, but it immediately shuts down and restarts the turning off and on. No beep codes are being sounded off either and my monitor isn't turning on also.
My new custom built PC starts up for 5 seconds and then shuts down restarting the process

Solution
1)Try to reinstall your ram check it is fully seated
2)Try to move your hard drive/ ssd sata plug to a other slot in the motherboard
3)Make sure all your cables are plugged it all the way ( especially the 8 pin cpu conecter
