Well i am making a pc for myself,or should i say just buying a second hand one and putting a better gpu in.Can some one tell me if the chipset of the GIGABYTE H110M-S2V(rev 1.0) good?

Yes Its A Quite Good motherBoard. And Its Future Proof Cause Its Lga 1151 And The Kabylake Processors Also Comes With Lga1151. So U can Upgrade IT later .
Supports Up To 32Gb DDDR4 Ram 2133Mhz
And Have 4Sata 6gb/s
But Check its warranty Too ... Because U said Its A Second Hand One . Just For Informing U
Just Make Sure U Choose compatible Psu/Gpu/Cpu In It
