There's something wrong with my Dell Inspiron 5437 Keyboard, T, Y, O, P, Left Shift, PrtSrc, and even 7 - 0 Keys doesn't work, even replaced (I take a screenshot of Screen Keyboard, a lot of the keys replaced or changed: http://i.imgur.com/qOXVCB8.png, compare it with normal Screen Keyboard: https://goo.gl/02w34Q).

The first thing i do is cleaning the dust in the keyboard, but it doesn't work. Second, i check again the keyboard and i remember that my friends was silly, spreading the pomade gel in 1 - 0 and Q, W, E, R, T, Y, U, I, O, P button, which can result in short circuit to the Keyboard button, but all key was fine and i cleaned it before. Third i checking the Language and Keyboard settings, nothing wrong. I tired using Screen Keyboard, is there any fix for this, or should i go to Dell service center for this?

Solution
They are both qwerty so your mechanical part is probably shot. Changing buttons doesn't change contacts or traces in the KB, probably blew some traces with that stupid pomade stunt !! Better start looking for new one.
