Need your expert opinion on which motherboard would be a better pick for my system.
I am looking at these two which cost almost the same in my country.

The specs from their sites looks mostly the same except that MSI has 2x USB 3.1 Gen2 at the rear. How much of a difference does USB Gen1 vs Gen2? In terms of quality, is Asrock's Pro4 line reliable?
