Hi, I have got all the PC parts I'm wanting and about to order them but just wondering if there is anywhere else I can upgrade with the build first. I already have the psu, GPU and motherboard and I am planning on upgrading the GPU to a 1060 or 480 soon. Also does anyone know a decent website to buy windows 10 operating system at a decent price?

Solution
Yeah, the difference in FPS between the best and worse will only be a maximum of 5%. Faster RAM is needed for fast CPUs, but DDR3-1333 is still plenty fast enough.

They sell them in breach of the end user agreement and Microsoft can and do revoke keys sold this way and leave you to go back to the seller.

Thanks for the reply, how would i install the OS without the disc and just the key?

My only caveat is your buying last generation hardware and the motherboard socket and RAM are end of life, meaning no new CPU's or RAM will come to market on this platform. By going for a Skylark i5 6500 & DDR4 RAM you will have a motherboard and RAM that will support future hardware. I'd also say any of these cheap 'Windows' licences are not legit. Just buy a full Windows licences from a trusted seller to avoid problems.

The fact that the hardware you're buying is end of life means that future upgrades will become much cheaper.
Considering the fact that it's 4 times cheaper, I'd take the risk.

When you finish the install, windows will ask for an activation key, and you use the one you bought.

The only reason im considering switching motherboard is due the ddr3 ram on the current one, is there much difference fps wise with ddr3 and ddr4. From what i have seen it is only by a couple of fps.
