Old Hardrive to New Computer

Recently, my computer died so I'm in the shop for a new computer. I have windows 10 Home (64bit) on my previous hard drive, and I wanted to know if I can use that on the new computer. If so, how would I go about doing that?

Windows would need to be reinstalled to properly register and configure the components of the new PC. You will need the licence/key/original DVD to install it. Alternatively, if you've linked the Windows licence with a Microsoft account, you would be able to reinstall that way.
