I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit
Intel Pentium Dual Core G2030 3.00 GHz
6GB (4+2) DDR3 1333 MHz RAM
GIGABYTE H61M-S mobo
500 GB HDD

I only want to play 2 games :-
CS: GO and GTA V without lag.

Please suggest best GPU both AMD and NVIDIA for my PC.

Well, what is your budget? and what type of quality are you aiming for? Can I assume you have a 1080p monitor with those specs?

Personally, for those specs, I would go with the following:

The RX 470 is more powerful than the 1050 Ti, but require a 6-pin connector. If you don't have a decent PSU, you can get two that draw power form the motherboard:

CS GO will be ok but GTA V is going to lag with any gpu due to your weak CPU.

I agree with this. Upgrading to an i3-6100 AT LEAST is your best bet. It won't be the best, but it will have some breathing room.

Yes but I have a tight budget. So I cannot upgrade CPU now but may be later.

If you don't even have a 1080p, monitor, you can get away with it probably. You may even be able to play games in 720p with high settings, but that's a strong may. I would avoid GTA V until you can upgrade your CPU. It's going to really be annoying when the stuttering and lagging comes along, especially in online matches.
