Is there much variation regarding the manufacturers of DDR4 RAM, or is it pretty commoditized? I was thinking of getting 2x8GB DDR4 for $70 from either of the following. Are they reliable?

-Avexir Core Series

-Team Dark

Thanks.

If you stick with name brands, it's pretty hard to get a faulty product. All of the name brands have lifetime warranties. If the brand you're looking at doesn't, run away. Personally, I would stick with Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, or G.Skill. Surely one of them will have 2x8GB kits for the same price, possibly even a couple bucks cheaper. Really can't think of a reason to buy from a brand that isn't one of these.
