Negative. The socket on that MoBo will be one pin short. You would need to either replace the MoBo or go with an AM3 CPU. Given that the current AMD CPU's are seriously outdated, I would recommend against upgrading your MoBo unless it will be to make the switch to Intel. Below is a link to a list of supported CPU's for your current MoBo.

AMD current chips are just outdated. They will release new ones soon.

If you want to use your same RAM, you could get a Z97 or H97 Motherboard with an i5. It isnt the latest and greatest, but it would allow you to keep pretty much all your other parts, and should be a big improvement performance-wise over what you're currently using.

What are you using your PC for? Gaming, editing, etc..?

No Problem!

If that 630 is an earlier deneb model (it'll tell you in cpu-z) under the codename tag , rather than a propus , then theres a good chance of unlocking the l3 cache which boosts performance considerably.
Its also a good overclocked , a $20 cooler could net you 3.5-3.7ghz .

If you're looking at a full system upgrade then fair enough but at the minute that gtx 750 is holding you back as much as anything else.
