Hello ladies and gentlemen. I'm currently in the process of building myself a new computer as my old one has got one foot in the grave after 5 (almost 6) years of hard work and abuse. Ive helped build some computers earlier but this will be the first I attempt on my own. Ive put in place a preliminary build that may or may not change based on the comments made by you and others willing to contribute their knowledge.

Budget: Trying to keep it around ~1200 USD $ which is where the current build accoarding to the prices Ive found so far is at approximately.
Nationality: Swedish.

Setup so far
Case: Corsair Carbide 200R
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170-Gaming K3
PSU: Corsair RM750X 750W
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K 3,5GHz
CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Harddrive: Samsung 750 EVO Series MZ-750500 500GB
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 PC24000/3000MHz CL15 2x8GB
Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC Gaming HDMI 3xDP 6GB

I'm mainly intrested in knowing if the current configuration is compatible or If theres something I might have overlooked. If there are alterations you would make regardless of compatibility I am, like I previously stated, open to suggestion.

This claims that everything is compatible but I don't know If I should trust this blindly. That's the full config with screen and OS included.

Hi Th3pwn3r and thank you for your reply. It's much appriciated in these dark winter times.

By saying that you would change the case are you looking at It from the perspective that you like 330R more or would you say that the 200R has any noteable shortcomings to consider? I originally weighed between Phanteks Enthoo Pro M and 200R and let the price tag decide.

Few words.

Didn't change the CPU.

But did change the CPU cooler. I'm not fond of sleeve bearing fan used in Hyper 212 EVO. Reason why: http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/779-computer-case-fan-bearing-differences
That being said, picked one of the best CPU air coolers that uses fluid dynamic bearings in it's fans. Also a reason why i picked Be Quiet!: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpu-coolers,4181.html

Switched out the Gigabyte MoBo with MSI MoBo for extra features and nicer color theme.
Extra features include: 2x M.2 SSD slots, 3x PCI-E x16 slots, 4x PCI-E x1 slots, support for 3-way SLI, support for 3-way Crossfire, 1x USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port on rear I/O.

Didn't change the RAM.
Note: Install the RAM before you install the CPU cooler. CPU cooler's RAM clearance is up to 40mm while Vengeance LPX is only 33.5mm tall.

But replaced the SSD with SK Hynix SL308 500GB. Reason why: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-ssds,3891-2.html
If your budget allows, you can go with Samsung 850 EVO 500GB if you like.

To match perfectly with the MSI MoBo's black & red theme, picked MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB GPU.
Best feature of this GPU has is the Zero Frozr. It means that GPU fans won't turn at all when GPU temp is lower than 60°C.
For eyecandy, GPU has RGB LED MSI logo on it's side and red LEDs around 2nd fan that you can control via MSI Gaming App (e.g you can make the LEDs flash according to the music/sound coming from speakers).

Saw that you picked quite a plain looking case. Decided to give your system a better look, so, replaced the case that has a window from where you can see your case internals. Case also has plenty of fan mounts (120/140mm) for optimal cooling.
Note: case supports up to 165mm tall CPU cooler. Dark Rock Pro 3 is only 163mm tall.

And lastly, system's power plant comes directly from the best PSU OEM, Seasonic. 80+ Gold, semi modular and 550W.
750W PSU is too much for a system of yours. Your GPU uses up to 150W, add the rest of the system at about 200W and system's total wattage would be 350W. And thanks to this, you'll do just fine with 500W range PSU while having plenty of room for CPU and GPU OC (overclock).
Though, if you plan on going with GTX 1070 of GTX 1080, a bigger wattage PSU is needed.

All in all, this PC is a variation of my Skylake build (full specs in my sig).
