I have been having this problem with my PC after I selected to use gpu scaling in the amd graphics menu with no gpu installed, I cannot see anything on the monitor and will boot perfectly fine but the monitor will only display the BIOS and nothing on the desktop help!
Monitor says out of range after I activate gpu scaling and will not go back to displaying as normal
