I need help removing this cpu fan, I currently can't get it off.

Currently I am trying to remove this zalman fan I removed the bolts but It won't come out.

Solution

The thermal interface material probably dried out. A twist might get it loose, but be very careful about that, as it could damage the CPU socket.
