I disabled my motherboards onboard graphics via device manager on windows by accident and when I restarted my pc,it did not boot(no signal on monitor). All my fans are working fine.Normally you would unplug the HDD and and leave only one stick of ram and the cpu, then you would remove and replace the the CMOS battery in order to re enable the onboard graphics ,it did not work . I called my mobo manufacturer explaining my situation, turns out they have no other way of helping me out if CMOS clear does not work.So I was thinking if I were to replace the mobo with a new mobo of the exact same model, will my computer boot(with the same cpu,ram and HDD)as the onboard graphics on that mobo are enabled?

specs
MOBO: GA-F2A68HM-HD2
CPU: AMD a8 series

Clearing CMOS usually works but sometimes there are issues. Your mobo has a back-up bios.

1. Turn off machine.
2. Press and HOLD reset button.
3. Press power button while HOLDING reset button for 10 more seconds, then release.
4. Wait until the backup BIOS prompts and asks to install backup to main BIOS.
5. A window will pop-up stating that the main BIOS is corrupted and needs to reflash, hit "install"
6. After installing the bios, it will ask to boot or reboot, then will ask to load default or optimized settings in the BIOS.
7. After that, you will have a fresh BIOS.

You instructions were very clear, but there is no windows popping up and there is still no signal on my monitor.

Alright Try this, Same deal.

1) turn off PC, turn off power at PSU with switch if you have it, if you don't have a switch on the PSU unplug it.
2) press the power button, and HOLD
3)now switch the PSU on/plug it back in
4) continue to hold the Power button for another 10 seconds and release.

These are the only two methods i'm aware of to get into a back-up BIOS. There may be a description in your manual if you still have that laying around.

Is it just once you get into windows that the video goes out and you get a picture for your BIOS? If you disabled it in Windows Device manager you may need to reinstall windows or install a video card to re-enable it in windows device manager.

Nothing comes up at all,no display,no signal,no bios option. I've tried connecting a brand new "Gigabyte RX 460" into my PCI E slot and attached the HDMI to the GPU,fans working fine, but there is still no signal on my monitor. If I were to reinstall windows, must I buy another windows Key?

Three more methods we didn't try:

Method #1:
1. Shut your PC down (if you're reading this guide, than your PC isn't working anyways)
2. Hold the power button until the PC starts and shuts down again
3. Press the power button again, your backup BIOS should kick in now and should re-flash the main BIOS if there's anything wrong with it.

Method #2:
1. Shut your PC down
2. Hold the power AND the reset button for about 10 sec, than release.
3. Backup BIOS should kick in anytime soon now.

Method #3:
Had to use this one in order to get my 990FXA-D3 working again. Backup BIOS kicked in using method #2, but I was back to the good ol' no signal state once the procedure finished..
1. Short out pins 1 and 6 on the main BIOS chip (pin #1 should be marked with a red dot or whatever)
2. Tell a friend (or a relative) of yours to press the power on button
3. Remove the ghetto-like jumper you're holding between pins 1 and 6 as soon as you hear a beep.
4. Backup BIOS should kick in again and everything will (hopefully) be fine.

Worth noting that removing the CMOS for only a few seconds likely wouldn't be enough to clear it, usually hours or overnight.

Reinstalling windows isn't going to work - you don't have an image to work off of. But no you wouldn't need a new key.
Kinda surprised the RX 460 didn't give you an image though.

Your computer does turn on right? Can you see it working? Like if you turn it on, do you see it as online from your Router?

My computer is turning on ,all fans working and LEDS and showing up online on my router.

Dang man, we really need to get your BIOS reset or recovered.

I'm seriously tapped out of options. I'm 100% convinced a CMOS reset or BIOS reflash would solve this, but there are so many varied ways to make it happen, it is really tough. Maybe dig up the manual for your specific board?

If i were to replace the current mother board with a brand new motherboard of the same manufacturer and model, will my PC boot up as the on-board graphics on that MOBO are enabled?

Yeah i mean if you replace the board it will for sure work.
You clearly have a back up BIOS as you were even able to locate both chips.
You might have a jumper in place or something that is preventing this.

You really need to get your manual out and read it. It is going to tell you how to do this for your board.
Tech support usually knows nothing about the actual workings of the PC, and shouldn't be trusted.

Are you sure because I disabled the On board graphics via device manager on windows? and not via BIOS.

If you disabled the onboard graphics in Device Manager, that has nothing to do with your BIOS. It's strictly a Windows problem. Have you tried booting into Safe Mode? If not, try doing so, and then go back into Device Manager in Safe Mode, uninstall the drivers for the onboard graphics, then restart into normal Windows mode. It should reinstall your onboard graphics drivers and leave them re-enabled as a result.

Not sure it matters.
You can't get into your BIOS because your integrated graphics are off. If it was just windows, you'd still be able to get into the BIOS.

Removing the HDD doesn't solve the problem, so your motherboard definitely has the onboard graphics disabled.

I suppose if you replaced the motherboard, and reused the HDD, it could remember the setting and disable the onboard again when you booted up, but for some reason i kind of doubt it, but maybe.

For sure a new mobo would not have integrated graphics disabled, and would at least allow you to recover your documents and reinstall windows if needed.
