My Vcore of my motherboard has regularly been hitting 50 degrees Celsius and during gaming it goes above that. I have tried decreasing voltage to my CPU from 1.5v to 1.25v but it did not seem to solve the problem. It freezes every 15 minutes or so when gaming and it is extremely annoying. When I am not gaming, it stays around 50 degrees Celsius which seems stable enough.

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990X R3
CPU: AMD FX-9590 Vishera 4.7Ghz
RAM: 32GB DDR3
Graphics Card: Sapphire R9 Fury 4GB

If you can help me try to figure this out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have plenty of spare parts so if you think swapping out anything would solve it I am able to do that, however I am almost positive it is the motherboard.

My CPU has been at a good 70-100 degrees Fahrenheit and is liquid cooled so I doubt this is a problem, and the motherboard is regularly around 135 degrees fahrenheit when it crashes/freezes/locks up. I have installed plenty of fans and currently have 7 case fans in my case so the airflow is fine, so I am not sure.
