I was playing a game of league today i finished it everything was perfect and okay then i got to google to search for a movie to watch and chill and i got a blue screen of death all of a sudden and it said a msg along the lines of " you pc needs to restart" or something like that and an error on the bottom and then i thought it was my overclock i restarted the pc and there was nothing just my games started becoming glitchy and some unplayable ( assassins creed syndicate for example before this it was smooth at 50-60 fps and now its unplayable 5-10 fps and dropping ) league of legends before it was perfect no glitch no nothing smooth like a butter and now i have fps drops and its not smooth at all and when i press alt+tab i have a black screen delay for a sec and then it gets to the other application
And honestly i don't know what happened it just happened all of a sudden and my pc has

Virus
heating problem
defragging problem
registry is clean
everything is clean
I dont know what to think and how to fix this
The pc works perfect until i get into a game when i get into a game the games are almost unplayable and glitchy and stuttering

GPU: EVGA GTX 680 Superclocked edition
SSD: OCZ VERTEX 4 254GB
HHD: WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB BLACK EDITION
OS: Windows 10 64-bit home edition ( with no product key )
i have my pc on a surge protector with my AC only but i had it like this since i got the pc 3 years ago
