Hey, I just bought a second SSD, same as my original, Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB. The main reason for buying the second was because my C drive ran out of space and I wanted to extend it. My question is, is there any way to create the raid after I wipe the drive clean. Win 10 is on C so i might be able to restore that and create the raid then. The only issue is that both drives have to be wiped and I don't know if I can create a Raid after I format my OS.

Sorry, but you really, really don't want to run a RAID 0 for your C drive. Especially with SSDs.
It serves no real purpose.

You can have the OS and applications on the current C drive, and a whole bunch of other stuff on the other drive...the D drive.

There are many ways to use...
