So I just bought new parts and built my pc but it keep restarting after 10 sec, no display on the monitor either. There isn't any sound comming from the pc. I've tried swap places on ram, tried with 1 ram on different spot. I've also check standoffs but it looks normal. The powesupply is connected to both locations on the moderboard aswell. Pc cords are also connected to the motherboard. Graphics card is firmly connected aswell. I've tried starting with and without system fans, hdd, ssd and graphics card. None of those worked, The plastic underneath cpu is ofc removed and connected the right way, I followed the pointer. I really have no clue why it isn't working and my last solution is do take everything off and rebuild. Here are my specs.

I changed the gigabyte ga-z170-hd3 to the graphics card below since my friend recommended it and said that it was better.

Thanks for the help but it ended up with me taking everything apart and rebuild from scratch, but this time more carefully, I did exactly the same as first time but outside the case. This time it didn't and it was displaying on the monitor also. Was still sceptisc about it since I had had to remove some cable to be able to place everything inside the case but it worked:) Don't know what I did differently. The only thing I could think about is that my heatsink was slightly facing one way and not straight.
Sounds like you tried all the usual tests. Tried removing CMOS battery and re-installing? If no luck there, you likely have to try what you mentioned, a full rebuild or breadboard setup to test. Does your board have an led readout for POST, or onboard leds for which section of board boot is on during POST?
