so i have a i7 3770K not overclocked
8gs of corsair vengeance pro 1600 mhz ram
asus p8z77-v lk mobo
gtx 1060 6gb
and a older 900 watt ocz tech psu

these are the BSOD i am getting since installing the asus mobo

cache_manager, memory management, stop x07F, stop x0D5, stop x0d1, stop x050, stop x07E, stop x0A.

computer runs fine until heavy load like gaming, I can watch movies and what not no problem.

my PSU is getting close to 9 years old
The ram is two years old.

Before I installed the asus mobo I had a intel extreme DZ77GA-70 K mobo installed, Started having issues. USB 3.0 were causing crashes and then Memory management errors stated, so i bought a new mobo and now having nothing but problems. Any ideas?

I`ve ran memory diagnostics lots of times with no errors. not sure what to do, any help would be great!
