So I'm looking for a PSU for my first build ^^^^ and have roughly £50 left. On PCPartPicker the total Wattage comes to 143W ( however I do plan on adding another harddrive soon, and possibly a Graphics Card in a few years). On amazon PSU's such as EVGA's and Corsair's have good reviews (and are in budget) e.g. EVGA 500B, but on forums they're said to be terrible and low quality. But I can't find anything else at my price point.
What would you recommend getting In my situation?
Also, what wattage would be optimal for good efficiency whilst allowing for upgrades?
Lastly, how's my first build? Would you make any alterations? And do you have any ideas for a cheaper monitor?

Thanks,

PS:
Sorry for the long question

Well the VS is pretty poor.

Really low wattage power supplies that are actually decent don't really exist to my knowledge, except the Seasonic G 360W -- but it comes at a price that is higher than most 450W supplies.

The Super Flower Blackbird suggested is a great unit especially for that price tag.
