Why is my HT Link Speed and PCI-E Speed 0 MHz?

I have an AMD A10 7800 APU , a GTX 550 Ti and 8 gigs of ram.
My mobo is a GA-F2A88XM-HD3 and everything is working just fine, but both AMD OverDrive and CPU-Z tell me that both my HyperTransport Link Speed and PCI-E Speed are 0 MHz!

This is super weird, isn't it? How could I fix it?

Thanks for the answer.
I'm using AMD OverDrive, it still reports 0.00 Mhz on both HT Link Speed and PCI-E Speed, so I don't know what's wrong. I probably shouldn't stress about it, because it all works just fine, but still, it makes me feel that something is just wrong.
