Best FM1 socket cpu

So, my friend is looking for an upgrade. He has a A6-3650. He has ordered a better power supply and a gtx 1050. He knows it will most likely bottleneck, but I am just trying to find the BEST fm1 cpu. Any suggetions or answers would be appreciated.

The Athlon X4 651K fits that socket and is probably the fastest CPU (if you don't need integrated gfx). But whether or not the board's BIOS will recognize it or not, is the question. This site says it is a go for that board series, but I can't vouch for it: http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/Pegatron_Corporation/Pegatron_2ACF/2209/Compatible_CPUs
Either way, all the CPUs and APUs for that platform are obsolete now, and will have to be found on the used market... like ebay.
