Hi, i've recently just upgraded my GPU from a EVGA 750Ti to a Gigabyte 1050Ti G1.

ive seen slight improvments in fps on some games ( like 10-15 FPS ) but nothing like i was expecting.

i was wondering as i only have a really cheap Mobo will this effect it?

Setup - CPU - Intel Core i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
GPU - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Mobo - MSI H81M-P33 micro atx
Ram - 8GB

Solution
No, In most if not all cases Mobos' will not affect in-game FPS performance. It will however limit the amount of utilities you will be able to perform(overclocking and such) and miss out on some rather redundant features(for casual gamers).

You'll be fine. Have fun with your build and gameplay.
