I have a Galaxy S3 phone (Straight talk) and I try to connect it to my computer and it will not be read at all. I have a MSI Gaming Pro Carbon and well not a single USB is working, also I've tried other USB plug-ins. I don't know what to do. I go to the Samsung website and I can not find the product number on there website, any ideas?

on your phone, you should hit the notification that it is connected. usually there's like 2 choices like 'connected as media device' and something else. once you do this on phone it should appear on computer. basically... security feature
