My Computer gone very slow

Sir's I own a desktop with a cpu of E7500, a gpu of ddr3 Nvidia geforce gt 730 128 bit, and a 4gb of ram. My problem is that i cant run games smoothly, I am not running high end games like GTA 5 etc. i am trying to run NBA 2k14, Resident evil 5 and some other old games that dont require high cpu's. 1st problem is that: its slow when loading.
2nd problem is it lags alot. it only has 20 fps on 2k with all the settings on low. is the problem on HDD or the cpu?

The problem is you. Sorry.. no offence, bro. You can't expect that machine to give anything above 20-25 FPS. I strongly suggest you to get rid off this machine and build a moderate gaming rig. If you tell your budget, I can suggest the parts.

The whole system is below min spec for nba so it's impossible to run smoothly. Either get a new system (make a new thread or ask in this one and we will help you) or keep playing the game with 20 fps.
