Motherboard only boots when i jump it

I tried finding a solution for 2 days now without any answers, so I built my first PC 2 days ago and it powered on and i went into the bios and the cpu hardisk and ram were identfided correctly then suddenly everything stopped working so i checked all my cables and still nothing, removed all the wires and the motherboard from the case and still nothing removed everything but the essentials and still nothing tried the paperclip test on the psu and it was fine the fan was spinning i dont know what my problem is now espically that this is my first pc build and im really scared that something got broken. Also i tried jumping the power switch and still nothing the motherboard LED wont start at all.

I tried connecting the paperclip with the green wire and ground when in when it is connected and it booted so idk what my problem is

I'd RMA firstly the board and see if issue solved. You can also order an aftermarket CPU cooler, the performance of the stock cooler being quite low and it would be good to replace it.

I did that but still nothing will clearing the cmos help ?

I did the paperclip test on the power supply and i used the paperclip when i connected it in the motherboard it ran so idk what my problem is

Still nothing the motherboard doesnt start unless i connect the paperclip
